that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ganges Fire
Hall, 105 Lower Ganges Road, Salt Spring Island, BC and virtually through Microsoft Teams.

The agenda will include:
• Review & accept the minutes from the 64th Annual General Meeting
• Review the 2024 Audited Financial Statements
• Receive the 2024 Annual Fire Chief Report
• Receive the 2024 Salt Spring Island Firefighter Associa9on Report

• Call for a motion to fix the remuneration of the Trustees for the ensuing year
