The Fire District’s Board of Trustees is considering a report prepared by its Strategic Planning & Policy Development Committee (SPPD Committee).

Last spring the District held a workshop on strategic planning because of the need to establish clear priorities to guide the Board and staff.  The workshop distilled recommendations made by various consultants into themes, goals and tasks.  The SPPD Committee took this material, entering the tasks, goals and objectives into a framework with suggested priorities (High (red), Medium (yellow) and Low) who is assigned responsibility and timelines.
