How to access meeting minutes & documents
All meeting materials prior to January 1, 2018 are in the Archived Trustee Meeting Minutes.
For meetings scheduled from January 1, 2018 and onward, simply find the month, click on the date/meeting you wish to view. Or find the documents in the Archived Trustee Meeting Minutes. Meeting minutes and documentation will be loaded as they become available.
Starting November 2018, video recordings of the regular trustee meetings are posted online.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, we must limit the number of people in attendance, so we ask that you pre-register by email at email@example.com or by phone at 250-537-2531. Deadline for registration is noon, Thursday, October 1, 2020. To comply with COVID 19 restrictions the wearing of face masks will be mandatory, and attendees will be asked to provide their contact information and sign in at the door.
The Open House will also be offered by zoom and the link will be posted the week of Monday, September 28, 2020. People who are attending by zoom are encouraged to submit their questions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org so the questions can be read and answered during the open house. The deadline for submitting questions is noon, Thursday, October 1, 2020.
A copy of the proposed budget will be posted on Thursday, September 23, 2020.
